  • -We will photograph and inventory all sale items.
  • -We will begin marketing and advertising using a variety of resources. Our goal is to liquidate the estate, so we use tools such as eBay, facebook, instagram, twitter, cragislist and any other estate sale listing websites. Your items will recieve the greatest exposure possible. That way during your sale you will get the most money for your items. We also have a following of devoted buyers to ensure a good turnout at your sale. 
  • -We will place adequate signage at the sale location.
  • -We provide proper display tables, fixtures and locking cases for valuables and collectibles.
  • Sale Days & Post Sale Services
  • -We will hold a 2 to 5 day sale depending on the size of your estate.
  • -We have a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff to assist with customers and to provide added security.
  • -We have accounting programs that will track all items sold.
  • -We accept cash and all major credit/debt cards during the sale.
  • -We can facilitate the removal of unwanted and unsellable items through a haul away service, charitable donations, or other agreed upon arrangement.
  • -We clean the property. We will pack, mop and vacuum. Your property will be broom clean and free of any unwanted items.
  • -We will settle your account in 5 business days post sale. You will receive a business check for the total net proceeds of the sale along with a sales report of items sold by category.
