Sale Days & Post Sale Services
-We will hold a 2 to 5 day sale depending on the size of your estate.
-We have a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff to assist with customers and to provide added security.
-We have accounting programs that will track all items sold.
-We accept cash and all major credit/debt cards during the sale.
-We can facilitate the removal of unwanted and unsellable items through a haul away service, charitable donations, or other agreed upon arrangement.
-We clean the property. We will pack, mop and vacuum. Your property will be broom clean and free of any unwanted items.
-We will settle your account in 5 business days post sale. You will receive a business check for the total net proceeds of the sale along with a sales report of items sold by category.
